As a trainer I believe in building a body that can take you through life being able to achieve anything you want to do. The best part of being a coach for me is being able to make this a reality for people, seeing them grow in confidence as a person and realise their potential of what they are able to do. I love to train with many different training styles, powerlifting, bodybuilding, olympic lifting, circuits, yoga, functional fitness….using a wide variety of training styles to build a body capable of handling anything life throws at you :)

I like to train with a wide variety BUT if i had to pick one favourite way to train would be functional fitness - still a good mix of most training principles.
To take my family to Lapland to visit santa and the reindeer
As well as being a coach I’ve also been a firefighter for the past 13 years
My son is my biggest achievement :)
