Zack’s aim is to help people to live a better life. There is nothing more rewarding to him than helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals. He has always had a huge passion for health, fitness and sport which motivated him to gain a Sport & Exercise Science BSc (Hons) from the University of Wales and pursue personal training as a career. He has now been a personal trainer for over six years and has proven results working with anyone from a complete novice at the beginning of their fitness journey to an elite athlete hoping to unlock their full potential.

Currently I split my training time between running, strength training and reformer pilates. This way I have strength, conditioning and mobility all nicely covered.
The number one thing on my bucket list is to see England win a major tournament in football. Ideally the World Cup however I would settle for the Euro's.
Even though my whole life I have always been known as Zack my real name is actually Samuel.
Being the longest serving Personal Trainer at FitLife Summertown and getting to play a part in FitLife becoming what it is today!
